Three spacious decks offer multiple places to relax with morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine or a cocktail, while the BBQ completes the ideal outdoor entertaining space. Inside, the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals or party platters and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including spices, aluminum foil, and food-storage containers. A dedicated coffee and wine bar features pods and fresh-ground coffee, cream and sugar, a selection of teas, mugs, and wine glasses. The primary suite includes a comfortable California king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The first guest room, thoughtfully themed, offers a queen bed with direct access to the guest bathroom, while the second guest room features a twin-over-full bunk bed and shares the guest bath. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the home, along with ample board games and an arcade game in the second bedroom for indoor entertainment. A basement laundry room with a new LG washer and dryer is available for guest use, with all laundry supplies provided.
